Finding out you have cancer can be scary and confusing, but you're not alone. At OSF HealthCare Cancer Institute and OSF HealthCare Saint Francis Medical Center in Peoria, Illinois, our expert team is here to support you from diagnosis to treatment and recovery.

Our state-of-the-art facility includes a one-stop shop design where everything you need along your cancer journey is available in one place. This means from testing to diagnosis to treatment, your care is streamlined, quicker and more efficient. It’s designed for seamless collaboration among our cancer specialists, ensuring a comprehensive, multidisciplinary approach to your care.

With caring support services, you’ll have a personal nurse by your side to guide you through every step of your cancer journey. You’ll also have access to social workers, counselors, dietitians and more – so you’re never alone. Our on-site teaching kitchen provides hands-on help with nutrition, making your overall health a top priority throughout your treatment.

You also have access to the most innovative cancer treatment options available. Some of these treatment options include clinical trials with the OSF Breakthrough Treatment Center and proton therapy.

Parking

Once you arrive at the hospital campus, please follow signs for parking deck B. Parking is free, or free valet parking is available by driving to the front door of OSF Cancer Institute.

Prepare for Your First Visit

When you arrive, check in at the front desk and bring your ID, insurance cards and a list of your current medications or supplements.

Your first visit may take longer as you’ll meet your care team, learn about your treatment and discuss any necessary pre-medications. We provide snacks, drinks, blankets and pillows, or you can bring your own. You and your support people can also purchase snacks and drinks from the on-site Café. If your treatment is during lunch, you can order food for you and a guest from the cafeteria.

To stay connected, sign up for OSF MyChart, a secure way to access your medical info, check lab results, request appointments, message your provider and refill prescriptions online.
