OSF Richard L. Owens Hospice Home specializes in 24-hour end-of-life care in a comfortable, home-like environment. It is the first hospice home in Central Illinois and only the fourth such facility in the State of Illinois.

Turn right turn off of Route 91 toward OSF Center for Health. Follow road past the first parking lot on right and through two stop signs until you reach the parking lot in front of the Hospice Home.
