I want to get to know my patients and understand what their health goals are. This helps me develop a treatment plan that works for them.
Dr. Gale is a team player, which is a good thing considering his specialty in sports medicine.
“I want my patients to know I’m on their team.” He said. “We will work together to develop a plan that works for them and their activity level.”
Dr. Gale was drawn to sports medicine because of some difficulties he had as a child. Because of his experiences, helping others maintain their activity levels became one of his goals.
“Being able to help this population has been a fulfilling and rewarding experience,” he said. “I love being part of it.”
His mother also played a huge role in his becoming a doctor.
“I am the youngest of four boys, raised by a single mother,” Dr. Gale said. “She raised us to not only better ourselves whenever we could, but to always help others.”
When not at work, Dr. Gale stays active. He loves CrossFit, kayaking, hiking and snowboarding.
