My approach to care is to function as the leader of each patient’s personalized oncology team. My goal is to provide the information and support my patients’ need to best fight their disease while addressing every question they might have.
Dr. Alyssa Ceilesh has wanted to work in the medical field ever since she was a teen.
"I decided I wanted to go into medicine around the age of 13 after my family went through a personal oncologic experience," Dr. Ceilesh said. "I saw the positive impact that a provider's care and support can have on a patient's life, and I knew that medicine was the right choice for me."
As a physician herself, she prioritizes that supportive patient experience.
"I want my patient to feel supported and comforted in knowing they have a strong team behind them," Dr. Ceilesh said. "Every patient should feel completely informed about their diagnosis and treatment plan and have all their questions answered."
Dr. Ceilesh is married, and the couple has a son, a dog and a cat. The family loves traveling and outdoor activities like biking, hiking and camping.
