When Caitlin’s grandpa had open heart surgery at OSF HealthCare Saint Anthony Medical Center in Rockford, it sparked her interest in all things medical — the staff, equipment, screening tests, how the body works and more.

She now enjoys helping patients navigate new diagnoses like diabetes or hypertension, along with educating them on their conditions and treatment plans.

“I love caring for patients who have a variety of health concerns rather than focusing on a single area of medicine,” she said. “It’s also fulfilling to have opportunities to help both children and adults.”

Caitlin grew up in Sublette, Illinois, and enjoys lifting weights, CrossFit, baking and cooking.
