I believe in working with patients to make informed decisions about their health. I recommend medication when necessary but also promote making healthy lifestyle choices. I also believe in God, and that faith is reflected in my service.
Carolyn’s interest in practicing medicine began in high school with a desire to help people as a medical missionary.
“After high school, I was a missionary for five years and traveled mostly to Central America and Eastern Europe,” she said. “I then attended Wichita State University and became a physician assistant. I’ve worked in the mission field off and on since then, but right now, my biggest mission is to love and serve those in my community.”
Carolyn is married and has four children. She loves visiting art markets with her family and has various outdoor hobbies, including hiking, camping, fishing and gardening. She also enjoys reading historical fiction and fantasy.
