Growing up in the southwestern Chicago suburbs, Catherine cherishes her close-knit family. Beyond medicine, she finds joy in travel, Pilates, and getting lost in a good book. She has traveled all over the world for both her career and personal trips, and often finds solace around a campfire in Wisconsin or Starved Rock for rejuvenation.
Notably, Catherine served in the United States Army Nurse Corps, undertaking several mobilizations to support the nation both domestically and internationally.
