Chase Isenberger, a former Army medic turned Physician Assistant, chose to join OSF HealthCare in Rockford to be close to family and work in a hospital known for its patient-centered approach. Chase is happy to serve high acuity patients in a tight-knit community setting, and values building strong patient-provider relationships.
With a background in emergency medicine and a passion for cardiology, Chase found his calling in Cardiothoracic surgery, where he can blend his OR skills with his interest in cardiac care. Growing up in Orfordville, WI, Chase feels a sense of connection to the Rockford community and looks forward to making a positive impact on the lives of his patients.
