Dr. Cabalfin is a good Dr. and she cares about my condition, although we don't always see eye to eye about it. That said, she is having me see an endocrinologist for my own good even though I really don't want to see another Dr. I'm not fond of doctors in general.

The staff is friendly BUT approaching the reception desk downstairs is awkward and frustrating. When I walked up there were 3 receptionists with no one at their stations. They were all looking at their computers or paperwork. Neither of the first two looked up or greeted me when I stood before them. I moved on to the 3rd station and there was a sign to go to another window. I walked back to the first station (past receptionist number who still didn't look up or greet me) to station one and finally was assisted. My experience would have been so much better with a smile and "I'll be right with you" from someone. A smile and a nod can go a long way to a good experience.

I had a very positive experience except for the last question of your survey. Whether or not I experience 'God's love' is not only NOT your business, the answer to that question is definitely not just a yes or no question and would deserve far more choices, whether YOU believe so or not, and one of them should be NONE OF YOUR BUSINESS. Stop asking that question. I didn't ask my health care provider for spiritual guidance.
