My general approach to patient care is to give my patients the same care I expect for myself and my loved ones.
Danica chose to work at OSF Healthcare because she wants to provide great care for those in her community and enjoys working with colleagues to help address the community’s needs. Her areas of expertise include pap smears, STI treatment, pregnancy care, well woman visits and family planning.
“An appointment with me is as relaxed as possible, and I want my patients to feel like they are being heard and their issues are being addressed,” she said. “I chose a career in medicine because my parents worked in a hospital as long as I could remember, and the idea of caring for someone other than myself was important to me.”
Danica grew up in Gary, Indiana. She has a wonderful husband, Brian, and they have four sons. She enjoys cooking and trying out new recipes.
