I provide an individualized treatment plan for all my patients. I attempt to not only treat a person's underlying disease, but also create a plan to address their symptoms and how that disease affects their quality of life.
Dr. Douglas Juvinall was drawn to a career in medicine because of his loves for both science and humanity.
"I was specifically interested in evaluating patients with multiple sclerosis as they are each unique in how their disease presents and how it affects their body. Patients with MS require an individualized approach to treatment of both the disease and their symptoms," Dr. Juvinall said.
A native of East Peoria, Illinois, Dr. Juvinall also enjoys biking, swimming and playing golf. He has competed in several triathlons.
