Dr. Gozum was in private practice for more than 20 years before joining the OSF HealthCare community of caregivers who provide excellent care to the local community.
"My patient's health is my utmost priority," she said. "During each appointment, I will do my best to listen and provide a solution to each patient's health concern."
Dr. Gozum grew up in the Philippines and was the oldest child in her family. She chose to specialize in allergies, asthma and immunology because when she moved to the United States, her family experienced allergy symptoms due to pollens and seasons not found in the Philippines. Having been exposed to these conditions, she became more interested in learning about this field and specializing in it. This specialty also allows her to see patients of all ages.
Dr. Gozum specializes in allergic rhinitis, asthma, urticarial, atopic dermatitis, food allergies, immunotherapy, biologic treatment and infusion, drug allergy skin testing, oral drug challenges and oral food challenges.
