I believe in empowering and educating patients to become active participants in their health care to provide meaningful outcomes. I view health care as a team sport with patient satisfaction as the ultimate goal.
A four-week hospital stay as a young girl inspired Erin to choose health care as a career. She wanted to pay forward the love and compassion she received.
As a nurse practitioner, Erin hopes to connect with patients by listening and forming trusting relationships.
“It is within those relationships that health and healing can take place on both the physical and emotional levels,” she said.
Erin finds her career very rewarding.
“It’s wonderful knowing I have a positive impact on someone’s quality of life, especially so in the diverse specialty of gastroenterology,” she said.
Erin is married to her college sweetheart. She loves to travel and particularly likes exploring national parks.
