Previously Dr. Volmar & I had negative interactions following multiple procedures that were painful & resulted in negative complications (still present). This visit he was more sensitive to my concerns, issues & feelings about the complications. His initial response to my concerns & issues was insensitive & cold at the times. I was upset & not very nice either.
