Every patient is individual and unique, bringing with them their own personal story. I treat patients holistically, paying close attention to not only their orthopedic or spine problem but how it affects the other aspects of their lives.
"At OSF, patients are treated with a personal touch and not just as a number," Glenett said. "I love that OSF is very invested in our community and bringing in amazing health care services. I am really looking forward to working with such a strong, caring and amazing group of orthopedists and staff."
Glenett began her medical career at age 17, working as a certified nursing assistant for 10 years before graduating from nursing school.
After that she worked in the ICU and as a flight nurse before furthering her education to become a nurse practitioner.
"I have loved being in the health care field every step of the way, she said. She enjoys the challenges that come with specializing in orthopedics. I really love being able to assist the surgeons in the operating room," Glenett said.
"For patients, I think it makes them feel more at ease that I am following them throughout their treatment."
