In order to provide the highest level of care, I recognize and understand I must meet my patients where they are in their journey to provide meaningful care.
Jaclyn chose to work for OSF HealthCare because the mission of serving with the greatest care and love directly aligns with her personal mission and how she approaches each individual patient.
“I recognize each patient visit as a unique one and no two patients should be treated alike,” she said. “Every patient's needs and resources are going to be different, and it is my goal to understand my patients and what motivates them.”
There is a history of diabetes within Jaclyn’s family, and she knows the challenges they have had to overcome. Her family has outstanding care teams on their side guiding, educating, and motivating them. Seeing their individual experiences allowed her to realize the care she wants to provide to her future patients.
Jaclyn is married and they have a young son who lights up their lives. She finds great value and purpose participating in volunteer opportunities within the Rockford community as this allows her to get to know the individuals she is privileged to serve.
