Dr. Meserow enjoys working with his colleagues in Bloomington and Peoria at OSF Medical Group – Obstetrics & Gynecology, OSF Medical Group – Maternal-Fetal Medicine, OSF HealthCare Children's Hospital of Illinois and Jump Trading Simulation & Education Center.   

“I would like patients to know that availability and access to care are essential to a good outcome,” he said. “I will see patients immediately for emergencies and work to see new patients on the same day.”

Dr. Meserow is board certified in addiction medicine by the American Board of Preventive Medicine. For patients with substance use disorders, he provides easy access for evaluation and standard of care medication-assisted treatment.  

His areas of expertise include obstetric ultrasound, antepartum fetal testing, genetic amniocentesis, cervical cerclage, genetic counseling, preconception counseling, evaluation of fetal anomalies, evaluation of fetal growth, multiple gestation, fetal cardiac arrhythmias with pediatric cardiology, medical complications of pregnancy, substance use in pregnancy and postpartum complications.  

Dr. Meserow grew up in downtown Chicago and is also a musician. He plays piano and sings rock, country, folk, blues and gospel. During the Christmas season, he sings with the Great Lakes Dredge and Philharmonic Society, a Christmas choir and Chicago tradition founded in 1934.
