Patient-directed care is critical. Patients and their families need to be able to express their concerns and be happy with the plan at the end of the visit. My job is to help you decide which plan is best for you.
Dr. Plett chose OSF HealthCare because she loves teamwork.
"The entire office staff, hospital staff, other physicians, support staff and ancillary staff all work well together," Dr. Plett said. "We look out for each other as a family looks out for each other, and that feeling extends to our patients."
She chose to be OB/GYN for the many challenges and opportunities to partner with her patients.
"Being an OB/GYN is a great fit for me because it is a little different every day," Dr. Plett said. "I love when patients come in with questions so we can direct how they want the office visit to run."
Jamie is married and has five kids - two boys and three girls. She teaches Sunday school and enjoys reading, crafting and traveling.
