By the time he was in high school, Justin was drawn to health care because he loves to help people. Nursing was a natural fit for him because his mother has been a nurse for more than 30 years.
The Mission and core Values of OSF HealthCare line up with his own, and Justin likes the "outstanding environment" of the faith-based health Ministry. He relishes practicing family medicine because of the opportunity to build relationships and treat people from childhood to adulthood.
Justin and his wife, Veronica, have one son, Jaxon, plus three dogs and two cats. They enjoy family game nights at home, and Justin is an avid sports fan and fisherman.
