Kathleen Hendricks, APRN, begins each appointment with a conversation to get to know her patients better.
"Open communication is integral to quality care. I actively listen to all of my patient's concerns in order to formulate a mutually agreed upon plan of care," Kathleen said.
After working as a bedside nurse, Kathleen decided to become a family nurse practitioner because she wanted to provide preventative care to help keep patients healthy and out of the hospital.
"I love that family medicine allows me to care for individuals across the lifespan, ranging from newborn to elderly," Kathleen said. "It is a blessing to watch families grow and provide medical care along the way."
