I provide a patient-focused visit. I am interested in the whole patient and strive to individualize and customize the visit to each patient's needs, emphasizing health prevention.
Dr. Peachey grew up on a dairy farm in Princeton, Illinois, and has always loved interacting with people. In college, he served with the Mennonite church voluntary service program and felt God's call to care for people as a physician. It was a decision that changed his life forever.
"What has always thrilled me about family medicine is the ability to care for individuals from birth through the end of their life, treating multigenerational families," he said. "It's a challenging specialty with the need to know a lot of information about many specialties allowing me to assist the individual in many ways."
He has been married for 38 years and has two adult married children with a wonderful daughter and son-in-law and now two grandsons with one on the way. He enjoys working out, fly-fishing and scuba diving.
