My philosophy for patient care is a collaborative approach. I really value my patients and want them to feel heard and cared for. I like to make decisions with the patient, so they feel like they control their health outcomes. I also value education and want my patients to feel fully educated about their health.

Inspired by her mother, who was a nurse. Kelsey Shrier, PA, always knew she wanted to work in health care.

"I always wanted to be like her and help patients," she said.

Kelsey enjoys the variety that ENT provides, as well as doing procedures. She also wants her patients and their families to know she is a good listener.

"I always want my patients to feel heard and cared for. I also love to educate patients so that they feel fully informed about their health," Kelsey said.
