Dr. Mock pursues a holistic means of approaching patients to find root causes of issues. She uses both family medicine and sleep medicine principles to promote healthy living through body, mind, spirit and social health.
Dr. Mock chose to work at OSF HealthCare in order to be a part of a large collaborative network of physicians and health care professionals who have shared goals to improve health care for their patients. Having raised her children in Sycamore, she enjoys the small town feel of this growing community.
Sleep medicine is a part of not only Dr. Mock’s specialty but a part of primary care of the patient. Sleep is so important to overall health, and she addresses that with patients. As a part of a family with multiple physicians, practicing medicine was a natural place for her to land. She likes helping others and being able to care for their needs.
In her free time, Dr. Mock is active in her church- through teaching children and leading adult bible studies.
