Working as a team helps achieve and maintain the most optimal health outcomes. I hope to be a resource for my patients as we tackle their health care needs together.
LeaAnna grew up in Galesburg, Illinois.
"I know our community and look forward to assisting those with diabetes," LeaAnna said. "I am excited to utilize resources found within the community and work hand-in-hand to achieve greater health care outcomes."
LeaAnna likes to get to know her patients and help them understand that managing diabetes is more than just taking medications.
"I want to know the unique story of each of my patients, and I look at each circumstance," LeaAnna said. "With diabetes, I love the personal connection we get while managing their long-term care."
LeaAnna finds health care a very rewarding career, watching patient's health improve and having the ability to assist in this transition.
