"I grew up in a small town and there is something magical about the types of relationships that are cultivated in a small town," Dr. Kowalski said. "When I found out that a smaller community, much like the one I grew up in, needed an OSF provider, it was an easy choice to make."
Dr. Kowalski was drawn to obstetrics and gynecology as a specialty because it offers unique and fulfilling benefits.
"It is rewarding to see patients throughout their lives, including some of the best moments such as childbirth," Dr. Kowalski said. "I love the long-term relationships that I can build with my patients.
"An appointment with me should be relaxed and comfortable. You can feel confident that I care and want to help. I strive to make sure that you leave with more answers than questions, as well as a plan of care that we both feel is the best course of action."
Dr. Kowalski and her family love to spend time outdoors and on the water – boating, tubing, swimming and hiking.
