Dr. Lukancic chose to work at OSF HealthCare because he is Catholic and enjoys being a part of the Mission of a religious organization. He grew up in Spring Valley and knows many people in the Illinois Valley. His patients are like extended family to him and his staff.
“During an appointment with me, I want the patient to feel comfortable discussing any problems they are having and know that we will address them,” he said.
Dr. Lukancic grew up watching and admiring his father’s work in family practice. He was able to join his father’s practice and the two worked together for years, which was very rewarding.
