Dr. Sudaj knew from an early age that she wanted a career centered around helping others. As an audiologist, she finds deep fulfillment in making an immediate difference, whether it's fitting a patient with hearing aids or helping them reconnect with loved ones through better hearing. 

“When you’re with me, you have my full attention,” she said. “I want every patient to feel heard and cared for.”

Dr. Sudaj grew up in Mendota, Illinois, and is proud to serve the community that shaped her. She chose to join OSF HealthCare because of its Mission and her passion for delivering personalized care. She especially values the opportunity to build lasting relationships with her patients and their families.

Dr. Sudaj has been married to her husband, Kirby, since 2021. They welcomed their first son in August 2024 and enjoy spending time outdoors together with their dog, Billie. As a family, they love watching movies and exploring new local restaurants.
