Her journey into medicine began with a personal experience caring for her grandmother, which sparked a passion for chronic illness management and patient care. Her specialty in cardiology reflects her longstanding interest and dedication in the field.

Outside of work, Monica enjoys traveling, gardening and spending time with loved ones.
