Dr. DiLeonardo wants her patients to know she strives to provide genuine, quality health care that will allow them to live a full and healthy life.
“I take the time to learn about my patients,” she said. “I get to know their background and family dynamic so that way I can care for them better and meet their needs in the most appropriate way. I want my patients to know that I will practice medicine this way including not only their medical conditions but taking into consideration their social, emotional and spiritual health.”
Dr. DiLeonardo did not initially plan on becoming a primary care doctor, but during her last rotation in medical school, she fell in love with it. She became a doctor to not only help people, which would bring meaning to her life, but to also brighten the lives of others.
Dr. DiLeonardo is married to Ryan and has one daughter, Verena. Rounding out their family are two French bulldogs, Cannoli and Angelo who keep her just as busy as her toddler daughter. In her free time she loves to cook and bake. She enjoys Chicago Bulls games, horror movies, binge watching Netflix series and HGTV.
