I believe in providing holistic and individualized care to every patient. Successful patient outcomes start with a collaborative provider-patient relationship, and that is what I seek to provide to all of my patients.
For Nichole, it's all about community.
"I love living in Bloomington-Normal," she said. "I was born and raised here, and I really want to be able to give back to my community."
Nichole comes from a family of health care providers, so nursing was a natural fit for her. She loves to solve problems, and this career allows her to do that.
"I chose pain management as a specialty because I truly believe that treating pain is the most important calling in health care," she said.
Nichole enjoys cooking, reading and traveling.
