Nicole Dalton, originally from Alsip, Illinois, enjoys working in health care because she loves the one on one interaction with patients. She chose family practice because she gets to care for entire families and follow up with them regularly.

"Working for a faith-based organization has always been a calling for me," Nicole said. "OSF HealthCare is truly faith-based, and just happens to be located in the same town I live and am raising my family in – it is a perfect fit."

Nicole is married and has three children. She and her family enjoy traveling and spending time outside in their free time – she also likes to participate in half marathon runs and triathlons.
