I believe in a holistic approach to patient care. My goal is to partner with the patient to develop a plan of care that allows them to achieve optimal health and wellness.
Sara is a team player when it comes to a patient's health.
"I want patients to know I am on their team when it comes to their care," she said. "And I see them as the most valued and important member of the team."
Sara's goal is to listen and implement that feedback into a plan of action.
She grew up in Central Illinois and loves serving the people here.
"Peoria provides an opportunity to serve a diverse patient population that includes individuals from the city as well as surrounding communities," she said.
Sara is married with eight kids. She loves home remodeling projects, watching her kids play sports and sitting with her dogs in front of the fire.
