I believe in the power of patient education. I take time to explain the condition to patients and their loved ones, helping ease fear and ensuring we make informed decisions together for the best care plan.
Dr. Ephraim chose to join OSF HealthCare because its faith-based Mission aligns with her values of delivering care that addresses patients' physical, emotional and spiritual needs. She is board certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology as well as Urogynecology.
An appointment with Dr. Ephraim is welcoming and open, where patients feel comfortable, respected, and heard. After practicing as a general OB/GYN for nearly five years, she transitioned into urogynecology, enjoying the surgical aspect and the opportunity to help women regain confidence and comfort through treatment.
Originally from Buffalo, New York, Dr. Ephraim developed a strong sense of community and resilience. She is married and has two wonderful children, with family being a central part of her life. Family is incredibly important to her and keeps her grounded and motivated in both her personal and professional life. In her free time, she enjoys reading, exercising, volunteering and traveling.
