The Mission at OSF HealthCare aligns with Stephanie's personal beliefs – to serve people with the greatest care and love in a community that celebrates the gift of life.

She also places much importance on getting to know her patients.

"It's essential to have open communication and to make sure everyone is on board with the care plan," she said. "Whether it is a well-child visit or a sick visit, I want to address all needs, questions and concerns."

Stephanie has always felt called to help others. After volunteering at a children's hospital, she knew she wanted to serve young patients.

"Children are amazing and so resilient," she said. "It has always been easy for me to interact with kids. And it also allows me to have ongoing relationships with parents and guardians, as well."

Stephanie grew up in central Illinois. She loves reading and doing anything crafty. You might also find her on a golf course or a tennis and pickleball court.
