Palliative care seeks to improve quality of life for those with chronic pain or terminal illnesses. Taylor is passionate about helping people during these difficult times and lessening their burden.

“I love that there are so many resources in this community,” she said. “I try to integrate them into the lives of my patients and their families to help alleviate stress.”

Taylor developed a passion for health care after her mother was diagnosed with breast cancer and she was able to assist in her care.

“I’m grateful to finally be working in the specialty of palliative care,” she said. “It gives me the opportunity to connect with families and educate them about their loved one’s condition.”

Through her work, Taylor hopes she’s able to help people navigate the stressful emotions of a chronic illness.
