Thomas Magurl was someone I had seen before and I found him very easy to talk to and try to explain my 'complaints' about my health issues. He listened and commented on what I said. I felt very comfortable with him. I have an issue I didn't know about and he explained it.

I really liked Megerl's demeanor - he listened (and took notes) intently, wasn't dismissive, and seemed to understand that knowledge of causes was better (for me) than glossing over symptoms with a cure-all.
