I aim to make every visit comfortable and well-organized, with a focus on getting an accurate diagnosis. I believe in educating my patients and involving them in their care because this leads to better outcomes.
Dr. Williams is a family physician who proudly serves the Dixon community. Raised in Peoria, Illinois, and trained at the University of Illinois College of Medicine Peoria, Dr. Williams takes a holistic approach to patient care. He appreciates the rewards and challenges of practicing medicine in a rural community.
“I strive to make the physician-patient experience comfortable yet organized, focusing on accurate diagnoses and ensuring my patients are well-informed about their treatment options,” said Dr. Williams.
With a background as a physician assistant in family, emergency, aviation and hematology/oncology medicine, Dr. Williams chose family medicine for its broad scope and ability to address a wide range of health needs. In addition to his medical career, he is an active member of the U.S. Army Reserve and enjoys woodworking, classic cars and outdoor activities. He is married with four children.
