Tracy decided to become a nurse because she wants to care for the whole patient and not just their condition.  

“An appointment with me will be an open forum for my patients to feel comfortable and able to communicate their needs and concerns,” she said. “It is important for the patient and provider to work as a team.”

Tracy chose to work in pulmonary because she enjoys the critical care aspect and caring for patients with complex needs. She has also worked as an ICU nurse and enjoys the team approach to care and support for fellow Mission Partners.

Tracy grew up in Galena and has two children and three dogs.  In her free time, she enjoys watching movies, spending time with family and friends and traveling.
