Our orthopedic surgery clinic is located inside OSF Little Company of Mary – Center for Health on the first floor. When you arrive, enter from 95th Street, follow the drive to the right and park near the main entrance.
When you arrive, you can check in at the front desk. Make sure to bring your photo ID, insurance card and a list of your current medications or supplements.
